THE HEAD START PROGRAM FOR NEW LOCUMS

Starting out as a locum doctor can seem a little daunting. At Australia Wide Locum Placements we make your move into locum work so much easier with our "Head Start" program.

  1. Our manager, Liz Swinnerton, is just a call away, 12 hours a day, for guidance, advice or reassurance.

  2. Liz will endeavour to design an individual program to suit you and set you up to achieve your goals. Any such program is of course dependent on the availability of suitable shifts and your speed of response.

  3. Liz keeps a watch on new locums and ensures that you are notified of the most attractive shifts that match your preferences.

  4. Liz gives you the earliest possible notification of available, suitable shifts.

  5. Liz will call you once a month to discuss any concerns you may have to ensure you are happy with your progress and to pass on feedback received from the hospitals.

  6. We prepare your paperwork, submit your accounts, follow up any late payments and provide an end of year activity summary for taxation purposes.
