At the close of business each day Austwide Locums has about 1000 shifts unfilled.
If you are able to refer one or more doctors who register and work with us, we would like to see you benefit as a recognition of the time and trouble you have taken in making the referral.
Here is how it works...
Refer a doctor who registers with us, and you will be awarded 100 recognition points.
Then for EACH SHIFT completed by your nominee within 3 months of registration you will receive an extra 50 points.
Example:
Points on joining: 100
Shifts worked (say 26 in 3 months) 1300
Total points: 1400 (with each point being worth $1.00)
Points can be redeemed at any time or can be allowed to accumulate.
Points can be used for:
- A contribution to course or exam fees.
- The purchase of text books.
- An exciting Red Balloon experience.
- A contribution to the Hospital Staff fund or similar.
- Any other worthwhile purpose.
What to do next?
You can either personally refer a doctor by calling Liz or her team or you can have the doctor contact us nominating you as the referrer.
Who Can Refer?
Anybody can be a referrer. Doctors can refer colleagues. Nurses can refer doctors and Admin Staff can also make a referral. All will share in the same way in the Referral Rewards Program.
