If dissatisfied, set out your concerns in writing (or email). Give us a reasonable time to address and rectify the problems. If you are not happy with our resolution, say so - again in writing and we'll send the fees we have earned on your work to the Westmead Children's Hospital.
If we can't do as we are promising we don't deserve to profit from it.
